These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern use of the Rooster Bet platform and the relationship between us and our users. We explain the main account obligations, eligibility checks, acceptable use rules, how bonuses and payments are handled, and how disputes and updates are managed. We expect users to read these terms before registering and to comply with any verification requests or account limits we apply.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate personal details and keep them up to date. Accounts are personal - one account per person is permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, chargebacks or breach of these terms.

Verification

We may require identity and address documents, payment verification and additional checks. Until verification is completed any withdrawals may be held. Failure to supply requested documents may result in account restriction or closure.

Eligibility requirements

To open an account you must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to gamble in your jurisdiction. We do not accept registrations from jurisdictions where our services are prohibited. Notably, players located in the United Kingdom are not permitted to register for real-money play on this platform. You must only use payment methods in your name and must comply with local law.

Acceptable platform use

Do not use the site for fraudulent, abusive or commercial purposes. Prohibited actions include use of VPN or other geo-circumvention tools to bypass restrictions, opening multiple accounts, using bots or scripts, making third-party deposits, and collusion or code manipulation. Breaches may lead to forfeiture of bonuses and winnings and permanent account closure.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to specific terms published on the promotion page. General rules apply - one bonus at a time per person, household or device, and we may refuse or reclaim bonuses in cases of abuse. Standard wagering on bonus funds and free spins is 40× unless stated otherwise. Maximum bet while wagering is £5 per spin or bet. Promotional time limits vary - please check each offer for expiry and activation windows.

Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are £20 unless stated otherwise. Withdrawals are processed after account verification and may take up to 72 hours for internal processing; bank or payment providers may add further time or fees. We reserve the right to apply payment method limits - typical withdrawal caps are £2,000 per day, £5,000 per 7-day period and £20,000 per month. Some payment types such as cryptocurrencies may have different limits and processing rules.
